Requests for reimbursement of funds for unused tickets shall be submitted according to procedures described here.
In respect of tickets purchased on/after 11 March 2021:
If you have purchased your ticket via our website, please fill in the online form below to request a cancelation. The cancelation will be processed within 10 working days at the latest. Detailed conditions of ticket cancelations are available in the My bookings - Managing my bookings section.
Reservations will be cancelled provided the request form is filled in correctly and duly submitted.
