How to order a meal from Gourmet menu?

Buy hot or cold Gourmet menus on our website when purchasing your ticket or at a later date using the My bookings application, but please do so no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight.

Menu orders can also be placed with our contact centre, our ticket sales points, travel agencies and ticketing agents. Such purchases may be subject to an additional service charge.

Availability Limitations and Refunds

The gourmet menu services are only available on Czech airlines operated flights and to passengers holding Czech Airlines tickets (with the OK code).

Gourmet menu charges are non-refundable if unused when purchased together with a non-refundable ticket.
