This afternoon, Czech Airlines and AIRBUS S.A.S. signed a new agreement based on which Czech Airlines will acquire seven new Airbus A320neo aircraft from the manufacturer.
The aircraft will be added to the Czech Airlines’ fleet around 2021.
In stages, the new Airbus A320neo aircraft will replace seven Airbus A319s currently used upon expiry of their operating lease. The purchase of new Airbus A320neo aircraft will contribute significantly to the fundamental modernisation of Czech Airlines’ fleet. With the new neo type aircraft, CSA will get the most modern and efficient, generation of Airbus aircraft. The new agreement with Airbus, signed today, replaces the original one in all articles and at the same time settles all original commitments of Czech Airlines to Airbus.
