Where can I find the Booking Reference Number or Ticket Number?

Czech Airlines ticket numbers are unique 13-digit codes starting 064. Reservation codes are unique six-digit combinations of letters and/or numbers. Both figures are shown on your ticket or in your itinerary. If you have purchased your ticket via our website, you will see the reservation code and ticket number in the header on the left above the Czech Airlines’ logo.

Tickets purchased from subjects other than Czech Airlines may use different reservation codes. To login into the MY BOOKINGS application with such tickets, use your ticket number.

Web Check-in

If you travel with cabin baggage only, you can check-in for your flight on our website, print your boarding pass and proceed directly to security screening after arrival at the airport.

If you travel with checked baggage, it is necessary to first drop the baggage off at the assigned airport desk.

The online check-in service is available on all regular scheduled Czech Airlines operated flights (the OK 0001 - OK 2999 flights).

Passenger Rights

If you are denied boarding or if your flight is cancelled or delayed by two hours at a minimum, ask the check-in counter or boarding gate agents for the text stating your rights, particularly with regard to compensation and assistance. Detailed information is available at the European Parliament Directive No. 261/2004.
