Based on your request related to cancelled flights due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, a voucher will be sent to your e-mail inbox. Please save the voucher and use it to make the replacement booking at a later date.

In respect of tickets purchased on/after 11 March 2021:
If you have purchased your ticket via our website, please fill in the online form below to request a cancelation. The cancelation will be processed within 10 working days at the latest. Detailed conditions of ticket cancelations are available in the Ticket Refunds section.
Reservations will be cancelled provided the request form is filled in correctly and duly submitted.
Please fill in the form below to request the issuance of a tax receipt for tickets purchased via our website, mobile applications and Czech Airlines Contact Centre. We will send you a tax receipt within 14 work days. Tax receipts can only be claimed until day 15 of the month following the month of the ticket purchase.
If your ticket was issued by a travel agency, please contact the agent directly with a tax receipt request.
We are only able to issue tax receipts for tickets with correctly submitted ticket numbers and reservation codes.
