Misure a bordo

A bordo solo con protezioni delle vie respiratorie, naso e bocca (mascherina)

Nell’imbarco sugli aerei Czech Airlines e per tutta la durata del volo tutti i passeggeri devono indossare le protezioni delle vie respiratorie, ad eccezione dei bambini fino ai due anni di età ed eventualmente altre persone alle quali si applichino le eccezioni previste dai relativi provvedimenti di crisi o eccezionali.

Il mancato rispetto di questa misura di sicurezza è valutato come inadempienza alle condizioni di trasporto della Czech Airlines/Smartwings e può essere causa di rifiuto di trasporto del passeggero.

Per questo motivo le chiediamo di portare con sè il suo strumento di protezione personale. Questo può essere una mascherina monouso, un respiratore, una mascherina fai da te o una sciarpa o foulard. Come strumento protettivo non è accettato lo schermo facciale, se unico strumento di protezione (ovvero non usato in combinazione un altro strumento tra quelli sopra riportati). Anche tutti gli assistenti di volo saranno dotati di strumenti di protezione delle vie respiratorie e delle mani.

I severi standard igienici a bordo dei nostri aerei

Prima e dopo ogni volo gli interni dei nostri aerei vengono accuratamente disinfettati in base agli standard igienici più severi, compresi i sedili, i tavolini, le tasche dei sedili, le cappelliere per i bagagli e le toilet.

Le consigliamo di controllare, prima dell'inizio del suo viaggio, lo stato atttuale delle condizioni per l'accesso alla nazione meta del suo viaggio, anche nel caso in cui sia cittadino o residente di questa, o della nazione in cui avvenga un transfer. In alcuni casi può essere per esempio richiesto il test sul COVID-19. Aeroporto

La preghiamo di prendere in considerazione che si possono verificare delle modifiche alle condizioni usuali nei controlli di sicurezza all’aeroporto. Per questo consigliamo di recarsi all’aeroporto con sufficiente anticipo. Si verificano anche limitazioni nei servizi offerti e saloncini d’aeroporto, ristoranti, negozi ecc. possono essere chiusi.

Procedure al gate

Al fine di ridurre al minimo il rischio di contagio di Covid-19, La preghiamo di voler presentare agli impiegati all'uscita dell'imbarco il documento di viaggio già aperto sul lato della fotografia e di voler poi passare la carta di imbarco sul lettore ottico. Seguendo tale procedura si garantisce l'accesso sicuro all'aeromobile evitando inutile contatto fisico.

Posti a sedere in aereo

Quando la disponibilità in classe economy lo consenta, i passeggeri saranno fatti accomodare con le opportune distanze tra loro. Nella classe di viaggio Business rimane sempre libero il sedile centrale o il sedile a fianco del passeggero, nel caso di aerei con file di sedili doppi.

Ristoro a bordo della Czech Airlines

Nella classe di viaggio Economy possono verificarsi modifiche ad alcuni piatti già ordinati dalla nostra offerta GOURMET MENU. Nella classe di viaggio Business, dove possiamo garantire un sedile libero tra i passeggeri, il ristoro viene servito normalmente. Il ristoro a bordo BISTRO-ON-BOARD viene offerto in misura ridotta, della quale la informeranno gli assistenti di volo. Tutti i prodotti di ristoro serviti a bordo sono regolarmente confezionati.

Sfili la mascherina solamente per la consumazione di cibo e bevande! Non appena finito di mangiare o bere, la indossi nuovamente.

Richieste specifiche delle singole nazioni

Nei voli verso alcune destinazioni le può essere richiesto di compilare un questionario, a bordo o nell'aeroporto. Per questo motivo non dimentichi di portare con sè a bordo dell'aereo una penna o matita poichè, per motivi igienici, è imposibile prestarla.

Travel Conditions

All passengers heading to the Czech Republic and having stayed for more than 12 hours in the last 14 days in countries that are not on the list of countries with a low risk of Covid-19 must complete an online Public Health Passenger Locator Form before arriving in the Czech Republic.

Change for transfer passengers at Václav Havel Airport Prague

Passengers arriving at Terminal 1, i.e., from a country outside the Schengen area, and continuing on a connecting flight from Terminal 2, i.e., to a Schengen area country, must pass through passport control in the arrival hall of Terminal 1 and then continue through the public part of the airport to Terminal 2 for a connecting flight.

Passport control in the airport transit zone at the transition from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 will be closed until further notice for operational reasons.

Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 with a connecting flight from Terminal 1 can pass through passport control in the airport transit zone.

Travellers aged 12 and over, who arrives on Belgian territory from the red zone and who does not have a main residence in Belgium, must have a negative Covid-19 test result. The test certificate itself should include date and time of test: must be maximum 72 hours before arrival in the Belgian territory. In the absence of a negative test result proof, the airline is obligated to refuse boarding.

All passengers travelling to Belgian territory need to complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) regardless of their departure point and nationality. This is possible as from 48h before boarding the flight.

The PLF must be completed online, where the passenger will obtain a QR code receipt to be presented at check-in and/or boarding. Only persons who are technically unable to fill in the electronic form will be allowed to use the paper form - filled out and handed over before boarding.

Passengers failing to submit this form or providing misleading and incomplete information will be denied boarding.

Effective from 10th November 2020, payments for extra baggage, overweight baggage or other additional services at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) are only possible by credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

As of 12 September 2020, only people who meet the criteria listed here are allowed entry to Denmark.

From 21 December 2020, Denmark is included among the red countries. Therefore, persons travelling from Denmark to the Czech Republic must undergo an RT-PCR test for SARS CoV-2 or quarantine upon arrival.

Change of CABIN BAGGAGE Rules for Departures from Germany

Based on the decision of the German Federal Police, in order to ensure the best protection of passengers and staff during security checks at airports, it is possible to carry ONLY ONE PIECE OF CABIN BAGGAGE UPON DEPARTURES FROM GERMANY, i.e. either a cabin bag or a small personal bag. Please make sure you do not have these prohibited items either on your person or in your carry-on baggage.

In cases where your ticket price tariff allows you to carry more than one piece of cabin baggage free of charge, you can check another piece of cabin baggage free of charge to be  transported as checked baggage.

This new policy also applies to transit passengers who pass security checks at airports in Germany.

Wear Face Masks at Frankfurt Airport

If you are flying from/to Frankfurt, please do not forget to cover your nose and mouth with protective equipment (a face mask) at the airport. This obligation applies to the premises of terminals, shops, restaurants (excluding drinking and eating) and airport means of transport. Children under the age of six and people who cannot have airways blocked for health or psychological reasons are subject to exemption.

Before the trip, review the new measures applied by the Icelandic government to enter the territory of Iceland.

The Icelandic authorities require all arriving passengers to undergo quarantine. All passengers traveling to Iceland are required to fill out a pre-registration form before arrival, which includes their contact information, address during their quarantine in Iceland and a declaration of health. Children born 2005 or later are exempt from pre-registration, testing and quarantine related to travel. Quarantine duration after arrival is 14 days but by undergoing a test for COVID-19 on arrival to Iceland and again after 5 days, this period may be shortened (see covid.is for details). A fee is charged for the test, payable on registration or at the border when the first sample is collected. The 2nd test is included in this charge.

From 8 October 2020, passengers must submit a confirmation of a negative SARS CoV-2 test not older than 72 hours before entering Italy.

The test can also be taken upon arrival in the country. More information can be found here.

Moreover, all travellers must download and complete forms before entering the country.

All passengers heading to Sardinia (Cagliari) must complete the registration form available on the Sardinia website before departure.

After registration, passengers will receive a confirmation email, which they will present at check-in together with the required travel documents.

The confirmation must be filled in electronically.

Passengers must complete and submit health screening form (6/12) before departure, declaring that they do not have any symptoms associated with COVID-19.

Travellers aged 13 and over from outside the Schengen area are required to hold a valid Covid-19 negative test certificate and to complete this test declaration Covid-19. The test certificate itself should include date and time of test: must be maximum 72 hours before arrival in the Netherlands.

All passengers (including Dutch citizens) must show a negative test declaration Covid-19 and the negative test result when boarding the aircraft. If a passenger cannot show the negative test declaration form then the passenger may not board the aircraft. Test report should include Date and time of test: must be maximum 72 hours before arrival in the Netherlands

Negative rapid antigen-test mandatory per January 23rd 2021 0:01 LT. In addition to the mandatory negative PCR-test results, the test-declaration, the health declaration the government adds a mandatory COVID-19 negative rapid antigen-test to the spectrum of test that need to be carried out for air travel to The Netherlands. This test is also mandatory for transfer/transit passengers. The COVID-19 rapid antigen-test must performed within 4 hours prior to departure.

All passengers on flights to Amsterdam are requested to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure due to the obligation to undergo an antigen test before departure. For more details, see here.

Travellers who had spent time in certain countries including the Czech Republic prior to their journey, should self-quarantine after arrival in the Netherlands for ten days. For more details, see here.

The entry of foreigners to Russian Federation continues to be limited. Categories of persons allowed to enter the territory of the Russian Federation are listed here. Please make sure you are compliant with the conditions for entry to the Russian Federation.

All passengers are required to complete the Application Form upon arrival in the Russian Federation and present it at the passport control.

All foreign citizens are required to present a medical document confirming the PCR test for COVID-19 with a negative result passed not earlier than 3 calendar days prior to arrival in the Russian Federation. Foreign passengers without this document may not be allowed to board the aircraft.

As of 18 September 2020, people arriving from the Czech Republic must present a negative Covid-19 test or register using the e-border form and quarantine themselves for five days during which they must get tested.

From 23 November 2020, passengers travelling to Spain must submit a confirmation of a negative PCR test for SARS CoV-2 taken within no more than 72 hours prior to arrival.

Passengers who fail to present the confirmation on arrival, will be tested at the airport and may be subject to a financial penalty.
