I hereby voluntarily provide my personal data, including my above-specified e-mail address to České aerolinie a.s., ID no.: 45795908, registered office at K Letisti 1068/30, 161 00 Praha 6 (“Czech Airlines”), for the purpose of sending commercial communications by this company. Czech Airlines will stand in the position of the controller in relation to so provided personal information.
