For technical reasons, it is not possible to check pieces of baggage in excess of 32kg and/or 250cm in combined length, width and height, including handles, side pockets and wheels.
Checked Baggage Allowance
The conditions of the price package under which you have purchased your ticket and your travel class dictate the checked baggage allowance on Czech Airlines operated flights. Checked baggage transported under the cheapest, LITE, package is subject to a fee.

It is not possible to combine the checked baggage weight. The weight limit applies to each checked bag.
Baggage that exceeds the maximum limits will be transported for a fee.
Checked Baggage of Children and Infants
Checked baggage allowance for children also depends on the conditions of the price package under which their ticket has been purchased. We will transport a folded baby stroller in protective packing for infants up to 2 years of age travelling on an adult’s lap and checked baggage based on the conditions below:

Which items should not be packed in checked baggage?
Things not allowed in checked baggage are primarily:
- valuables, i.e. money, cheques, credit cards, securities and other valuables, jewellery and articles of precious metals, and keys,
- business and personal documents, i.e. passports and other forms of ID,
- medicine, prescription glasses and sunglasses,
- electrical appliances, such as mobile telephones, cameras, video‑cameras, small computers, laptops, CDs, DVDs and other recording and data storage devices,
- musical instruments, works of art and fragile items.
The above-listed items may only be transported in cabin baggage or as valuable and fragile items.
