Dear Corporate Customers
The OK Plus Corporate loyalty program will be terminated in its current setup as follows:
- Accrual of points to the existing OK Plus Corporate accounts for flights operated by Czech Airlines was terminated on 31 December 2023; points are not credited for flights on/after 1 January 2024,
- Redemption of points by corporate customers with an active OK Plus Corporate account continue to be available as so far, this until 31 December 2024,
- Validity of points not used by 31 December 2024 at the latest will expire on this date and the OK Plus Corporate loyalty program will be entirely terminated in its current setup.
Possibilities to utilize points from OK Plus Corporate accounts till 31 December 2024:
- Award tickets on Czech Airlines operated flights. Pricelist and conditions are available below,
- OK Plus Gold Cards for 20,000points/card,
- Vouchers for lounge access at Václav Havel Airport Prague (Terminal 1 – Mastercard Lounge, Terminal 2 – Erste Lounge) for 2,000points/access.
Conditions of award tickets:
- Award ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and shall be issued not later than 31 December 2024. Czech Airlines reserves the right to restrict the number of passengers with award tickets on certain flights. No award tickets are issued for certain flights,
- One open-jaw, i.e. the airport of arrival at the final destination on the outbound trip doest not need to be the same as the airport of departure on the inbound trip, is permitted per one trip performed using an award ticket. One stopover is permitted per one trip performed using an award ticket, i.e. the possibility to break the journey, but only for a maximum of one day,
- Issuance of one-way award tickets is not permitted,
- Award tickets are subject to all applicable fees, charges and taxes. All taxes and fees related to the rewards are subject to payments by the customer. Any taxation of the rewards received shall be the liability of the person acquiring the rewards,
- Change of dates/flight numbers of already issued award tickets is allowed. It is also possible to request changes to the routing prior to the commencement of journey, provided the changes are within the same zone. Issued and unused award tickets are not refundable,
- Award tickets cannot be changed or refunded after the scheduled departure date. In such cases, only unused airport charges may be reimbursed. Points, other fees and service charges are not refundable.
