Travelling with Animals

Live animals can only be transported to countries which permit such transport on the conditions stipulated and pursued by the country. For detailed and up-to-date information regarding the conditions of live animal carriage, please check the Czech State Veterinary Administration’s website.

Please reserve live animal transport before purchasing your ticket via our Contact Centre or our sales points. Live animal transport is not provided on selected flights.

If a pet appears to be in poor health or if there is an infection threat at the country of origin, we are authorised to request the airport veterinary service’s approval of the carriage and transport crate.
