We are sorry that your luggage was damaged upon arrival. We will advise you on how to proceed in such cases.

If you discover that your baggage has been damaged in transport, please report it at the airport immediately upon arrival via the BAGGAGE CLAIM desk. You will fill in a Damage Property Report (DPR) with the agent and receive your case reference number. You can also use the following online form to report the damage but at a maximum 7 days from the day of reclaiming your baggage.

If damage is reported outside the airport, the connection between the damage and air transport must be proved.

To speed up the process, please forward the following documents:

  • Damage Property Report (DPR),
  • boarding Pass,
  • baggage Tag,
  • proof of repair (if the baggage cannot be repaired, the shop will provide you with a confirmation of the irreparability of the baggage),
