You don't need to start from scratch.  The Card Match special will allow you to get an OK Plus Silver or Gold Card with all of the above-standard advantages these cards feature for just a single flight with Czech Airlines.  All that is required is that you hold a card of the same level from another airline.

How to make use of the Card Match special?
All you need to do is purchase a ticket for any OK flight operated by Czech Airlines (with the exception of the Value Special price package) and complete the application for the issuing of an OK Plus Card.
Please send the completed application and a copy of your existing card by fax, as a scan in an e-mail attachment, or in person to a Czech Airlines office near you.  If you are not an OK Plus member yet, you can register right here.

Rules of the Card Match special:

• The special applies for an unlimited term, until further notice, to tickets purchased after 1 October 2009
• If you are holder of a card on the level of the OK Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card from another airline (outside of the SkyTeam Alliance), we will give you a card of the same level (but no higher than the OK Plus Gold Card)
• To obtain the card, following the delivery of your application, you only need to fly on one OK flight operated by Czech Airlines, purchased in any price package with the exception of Value Special and Click4sky.
• The application and a copy (scan) of your existing card from another airline can be submitted by fax, as a scanned document in an e-mail attachment, or in person to a Czech Airlines office near you 
• The OK Plus Card of the corresponding level will be sent to the address you provided in the OK Plus Programme immediately after your flight 
• Depending on the contact address, the delivery of the card may take up to four weeks 
• All other rules of the OK Programme General Rules apply
