Czech Airlines Operations in Connection with Volcanic Activity

Following the full opening of European airspace, Czech Airlines operations have returned to their usual mode. All Czech Airlines flights are being dispatched in line with the applicable 2010 Summer Flight Schedule, which you can download here.

The airspace over the Czech Republic was closed in relation to volcanic activity in Iceland on Friday 16 April at 12:00 Noon and reopened on Monday 19 April after 12:00 Noon.  Given the varying duration of closures at other airports, Czech Airlines was forced to cancel hundreds of its flights between 15 and 21 April.
